Quote requests

When you request a quote we store your name, mobile, suburb, service details and how you found us (for example a Google Ads click ID or campaign tags) so our team can contact you and understand which advertising works. We email these details to our own team only.

Google Ads measurement

We use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure advertising: whether a visit from an ad led to a submitted quote request, and phone calls from our city pages. On city pages Google may show a Google forwarding number for visitors who arrived from an ad; calls are connected to our normal local line and Google records call details such as duration and start time, not call content. Google receives cookie and device identifiers and a random request ID — never your name, phone number, email or suburb. Data is shared with Google LLC for conversion measurement and ad optimisation.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

We do not load Google advertising tags for visitors in these regions, or where we cannot determine the region.

You can control Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, block cookies in your browser, or contact us to access or correct the details you gave us.
